How to order
Order is processed as below:

Step 2: Add products to your shopping cart.
Step 3: Log in with a member ID or non-member order.
Step 4: Fill in the order form.
Step 5: Complete the order and you will see the order number.Proceed with payment.
Step 6: Proceed with payment.(Only Paypal)

  • Shipping Method : Parcel Service
  • Shipping Area : A Region.
  • Shipping Rate : Overseas Shipping: Shipment fee will be charged differently depending on the ordered items’ weight.
  • Delivery Time : 30 - 60 days
  • - The product you have ordered will be sent out after payment is verified. However, according to the product type, delivery may be slightly delayed. In the case of dolls, they will go into production after payment/deposit is verified, and delivery will take around 30 business days for heads, and around 50 business days for main bodies. Separate to the expected delivery date, the delivery company’s delivery duration may differ by region.

    - Customs and Duties

    The recipient will be held responsible for international shipments which may be subject to import duties and taxes. Please be advised that these charges are levied by the destination country and we do not have control over them. In the case that the recipient refuses to receive the parcel, the order will be returned to Korea and will not be re-shipped.

Cases in which exchange or refund is possible
Within 7 days of receipt in cases where the product or service you’ve received is different or carried out differently to the displayed·advertised content (by standard of the delivery completion date)

Cases in which exchange or refund is impossible
- As a made-to-order product, please make careful purchases as exchange or refund due to a simple change of mind is impossible once the product has gone into production.
- Cases in which items are destroyed or damaged by reasons for which the customer is responsible. However, this excludes cases in which the packaging, etc., is damaged while trying to check the product’s contents
- Cases in which the product’s value is markedly reduced due to the customer’s use or consumption
- Cases in which the exchange or refund request period has passed.
- Cases in which the packaging of replicable items, etc., is damaged

In cases of exchange or refund due to defect, Pygmalion will bear the delivery fee.


- Refunds and order cancellations are only possible within 3 days of purchase. For refunds, we will refund the payment amount within 3 business days.
- As a made-to-order product, please make careful purchases as exchange or refund due to a simple change of mind is impossible once the product has gone into production.

Pending period for reward store credit:
Your reward store credit issued from orders will be added to your account and stay as Pending for 20 days from delivery before validation to compensate time for exchange or returns. Meanwhile, you are free to spend your available store credit balance.

If you pay for your order with store credit, you are required to spend a minimum store credit of US $5.00
The maximum store credit you can spend on one order is US $50.00

Cancellation of store credit:
Pending credit issued from orders will be automatically cancelled on cancellation or return of the relevant order. Your store credit will be cancelled if you close your account. Also, your store credit will expire if there is no newly issued store credit for three years.
