I ordered a Robin head in Sand Beige last April 14 and, in just about a month and a half, he was sent and is already with me. <3 Even without factoring in the quick delivery, Pygmalion strikes me as the kind of company who cares about their customers. They're friendly and easy to talk to through e-mail and they're also quick to smooth issues over on their end without requiring you to stress out over the details. I did not need to follow up on my order at all, I recieved the shipping notice out of the blue, which was wonderfully refreshing. Also, my Robin came nicely packed, with no movement inside the box thanks to sufficient padding. He even came with sweets (which are delicious by the way -- I especially loved the cookie).
Lastly, when they found the message I sent upon purchase with a request for my name to be inscribed on his head cap, they offered to send one to me. I'm very happy they remembered! Overall, I give them a perfect 10. Can I give an 11? Or a 12?
